Bullies Say Sorry and Get Suppension
The parents of three school bullies have visited their victim’s house in Jinjang and apologised to her mother. They shook hands with the mother and assured her there would be no repeat of such bullying again.Deputy Education Minister Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said the students would also receive counselling. The group later proceeded to a restaurant where the bullies met up with the 13-year-old victim, who is a student of SMK Raja Abdullah in Kepong. They apologised to her, serving her tea as a gesture and then shook hands with her and promised not to bully her again.Dr Wee was commenting on the three-minute video uploaded on YouTube on Saturday, which showed several female students bullying their classmate by pulling and cutting off the victim's hair. The victim was also seen being hit with books on the head and strangled with a tie.The incident had sparked an uproar among Facebook users.Several groups have criticised the conduct of the bullies and also called for stern action against them. Some Facebook users also questioned why the students were not sent for community service, to which Dr Wee explained there was no provision to order them to do this.I think it's a good chance for them to change the new leaf because they still young and this consider a small case.If just keep them in JAIL or suspend them longger as what the facebook-er said for 1 year or half months, how will they chase on their study. If keep them in JAIL,who going to give them food?GOVERMENT! where did the goverment get the FOODs?? From PUBLIC's money as example : Tax,Saman and so on.. Just wasted our money on this such small case? Although this case is SERIOUS but im agree what the goverment do is true also.Just say sorry in PUBLIC and to the victim's family. But some people said if just say sorry, why not just KILL the victim.Everything can be settle by the word I AM SORRY. Who the 1 who create the word SORRY! I know some of Facebook-er is not supported with this judgement.By the way, just give them a chance.
